Damiana Maca Truffles

This is such a quick and easy way to access heaven in your mouth!! These creamy, sweet little treats were ready in no-time and produced looks of ecstasy in the eyes of all I shared them with! Don't be shy.....
STEP 1: Pile up 16oz. of chocolate chunks, chips, pieces from your favorite chocolate bar in a large bowl.
STEP 2: Heat one can of coconut milk on stovetop. Add in herbs~ handful of Damiana and Red Roses, and 3 Tablespoons of Maca powder. Let infuse approximately 15 minutes.
STEP 3: Pour warm coconut milk through a strainer, to catch herb material, over top of the chocolate chunk heap! Stir while warm until mixture turns to a thick paste consistency. Put bowl in fridge for about an hour to thicken and solidify further.
STEP 4: Dig out spoonfuls of herbal chocolate yumminess and roll them into balls between the palms of your hands. Roll the balls in a mix of equal parts cinnamon and maca powder.
